Working Tall With Jewelry Clay

I have been experimenting with height.
This ring is a great example of what Jewelry Clay can be used to create.  I use it for jewelry, someone else could use for sculpting, miniature train scenes and so much more.

You can see in this picture that I built up a very tall ring which I embedded semi-precious bead chips and glass beads into.
I covered both sides of my ring with Pearl-Ex to get it the silver colouring.
I am always generous with the powders because it only adheres to the clay.  The rest simply brushes away.
This is how I set my ring to cure.
Easy Peasy!
