You might be wondering where I needed resin for this leather bracelet.
Here it is! I used Jewelry Clay as my adhesive!
Leather bracelets are very popular right now. This super thick leather is usually sold with components that will easily slide onto the leather. The component above is a perfect example. The only problem for me is that it is just too plain.
I need a component with a little bit more embellishment!
So I made a small batch of Jewelry Clay and placed it over the surface of the component.
Then I pressed my button into the clay and removed any excess clay.
I brushed some silver Pearl-Ex over the exposed clay areas.
Now my button is permanently attached and it looks neat and tidy!
